Bethany Balkus, Psy.D, LP, MHP, is a licensed psychologist in Washington State. She received her masters in Counseling Psychology and her Doctorate in Psychology at Northwest University. She has been practicing in the mental health field since 2009. As a psychologist, Dr. Balkus strives to assist the client with creating positive coping skills that are appropriate for the client and recognize how to apply these skills in the client's environment. She primarily uses approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Parenting Therapy and Lifespan Integration to assist clients with making proactive changes in their lives.
