Dr. Elizabeth Viney is a licensed psychologist who provides assessment, treatment, and consultation services for children and adolescents. Dr. Viney received her B.A. in Psychology from North Carolina State University and Ph.D. in School Psychology from Syracuse University. She completed her predoctoral internship providing outpatient care for youth and families within the Developmental/Behavioral Pediatrics departments at the University of Nebraska Medical Center Munroe-Meyer Institute for Genetics and Rehabilitation. Dr. Viney has worked in schools, hospitals, and community clinics, and has collaborated with parents, teachers, physicians, and multidisciplinary teams of professionals. She has provided clinical supervision for clinical psychology doctoral students and postdoctoral fellows in their assessment and treatment of children and adolescents with a variety of emotional, behavioral, and academic challenges.

Dr. Viney has extensive experience providing assessment/evaluation services for youth suspected of having autism spectrum disorders (ASD), ADHD, learning problems, and other neurodevelopmental conditions. She has expertise providing behavioral and cognitive-behavioral therapies with children and teens, and she enjoys providing behavioral parent training services to families with children experiencing emotional and behavioral challenges. She is a certified parent group leader for the evidence-based Incredible Years program for parents of youth with ASD and language delays.
